Question: What are the minimum System Requirements?

Answer: Any Windows based system will do. Program is extremely light-weight.

Question: Is the American Golf System accurate?

Answer: The American Golf System has attempted to conform to the USGA mathematical system in every way. Our customers have helped us verify the accuracy of the formula. Since the establishment of the American Golf System, our customers have helped us refine, detect, and correct any discrepancies that came up in earlier releases. Although it is the individual USGA Golf Club's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the formula, we have done our best to ensure the formula is accurate and dependable. And we continue to listen to our member base in an effort to improve our program.

Question: Who can license the software?

Answer: Any USGA Golf Club or individuals looking to potentially form USGA Golf Clubs in the future can license the software. The USGA handicap system is owned and managed solely by the USGA. Although we do NOT have the ability verify that individuals licensing the software are in fact USGA Golf Clubs or intending to form USGA Golf Clubs, we remind individuals the software only produces official USGA handicaps for USGA Golf Clubs. Question: I forgot to license the software during the 60 day trial period. Will I lose the data I entered?

Answer: Absolutely not! Register and receive your licensing information to recover all the data you have entered.

Question: How do I license the software?

Answer: After downloading and trying to software for the 60 day trial period (or before), users can come back to the Web Site and register on-line. They will receive a license number to "unlock" the software for use through the licensing period.

Question: What is the USGA Mathematical formula?

Answer: The USGA offers a publication on their Web Site detailing the formula and all information related to the formula for a reasonable price. The American Golf System is not a reseller of this information. The American Golf System does attempt to follow all published aspects of the USGA formula.
