Open Tournaments / Leagues
From the club home page → Tournaments / Leagues button

1Select or Create
• Pick an existing tournament / league from the list
• Or click Create New — give it a name and choose a format

2Rounds & Dates
• Set number of rounds (e.g. 20 rounds, 1 week apart)
• Assign a date to each round (daily, weekly options)

3Select Course
• Choose the course for each round
• Search by State and Course Name
↓
4Select Tees
• Choose tee color (men’s, women’s, senior, etc.) for each round
↓
5Select Teams
• Search the club roster and add golfers to teams
• Set number of foursomes per round
↓
6Pairings
• Assign golfers to foursomes for each round
• Round codes are generated — golfers enter scores on their phones
↓
*Match Play Pairings if needed
• Set up head-to-head match play brackets (Match Play or Best Ball formats)
↓
7Score Entry
• Enter or review scores for each round and foursome
• Golfers can also enter their own scores via round code
