From the club home page → Foursome Scores button

1Select Club
Search by state → pick club from list
↓
2Build the Group
• Search roster → add 1–4 golfers
• Select course, date, 18 or 9 holes
↓
3Set Tees & Emails
• Choose tee color for each golfer
• Add email for any golfer missing one (required to receive code)

✉Round Code Emailed Auto
A unique code (e.g. 5540-123) is created and emailed to all golfers with an address on file.
Each email contains a direct link to the score entry page.

4Any Golfer Opens Their Link
Click link in email — or go to the club site and enter the round code manually.
Any golfer can enter scores on their own phone.

5Enter Scores
• Any golfer can enter scores for the entire foursome
• Choose Simple (total score only) or Hole by Hole (score per hole)
• Submit when round is complete

6Review & Approve
• Any golfer can see all submitted scores
• Verify totals, then click Approve
• Approval emails sent to all golfers
↓
Scores Saved — Handicaps Updated
Round is posted to each golfer’s history and factored into handicap
